When this document refers to "Hunter Industries" both, the local Hunter entity which is your contractual party and the wider Hunter industries group of companies is meant. Depending on which entity is responsible for the processing of Personal Data and the underlying systems, the Hunter Industries company which contracts with you (according to your contract) and/or Hunter Industries, Inc. are the data controllers of your Personal Data, which means that they determine what Personal Data is needed and how it should be used.
